Return Policy

Our mission is to provide good gear at a great price. If that didn’t happen, we want to know!

For credit or replacement of refundable items, a return must be requested via email or using the contact form. Return window is 30 days from the date of shipment. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition along with packaging (example: tags, wrapped, etc...). A restocking fee may be applied if condition is not the same as was sent. Items sold as “Damaged” are not eligible for return - this does not include used items. Used items in Fair, Good, Excellent, or Like New are eligible for return or exchange.

For issues that are caused by Pepper’s General Store, (missing items, damage not caught before shipment, etc.) we will cover shipping a replacement of that item with another item from our in-stock inventory at no cost to you.

For exchanges/returns for other reasons we reserve the right to charge shipping on a case by case basis or refuse the return/exchange - however these are both rare and reserved for when it feels like the return process is being abused.
